  • Point person for a grant through Women Employed to assist with the Developmental Education Reform Act (2021-present)

  • Created two new math courses (Math 093 and 094) in response to the IL Developmental Education Reform Act, 2021-2022

  • Involved in the development of learning communities, computer based instruction, and inquiry based learning within the department funded through the college’s Title III grant, Spring 2006

  • Mathematics Department Search Committee Chair, Spring 2005, Spring 2006 and Spring 2007

  • Worked with the college administration to create a Math Lab/Classroom for Preservice Teacher courses, May 2004-August 2006

  • Served on a four person intradepartmental committee to revise the Elementary Algebra test bank, Fall 2004

  • Helped to develop a Math course for the new Paraprofessional Program, 2003-2004

  • Solely developed Linear Algebra course, Spring 2004

  • Mathematics faculty tenure committee member, 2003-2004 and 2005-2015 (total of 6 math faculty members)
